About the Child Law Moot Court Competition
The Child Law Moot Court Competition has a rich history of fostering legal expertise and advocacy in the realm of child rights. Theme
This year’s moot court theme is based on care and protection, looking at the legality of providing devices or mechanisms for the safe relinquishment of infants, known as ‘Baby Saver Boxes,’ under the Children’s Act of 2005 and international law.
