Sinethemba Mncube is a dedicated and passionate Candidate Attorney at the Centre for Child Law, where she focuses on ensuring the protection of children’s rights and advocating for justice. Her journey into law was deeply inspired by her upbringing in an environment where children’s needs were often overlooked and neglected. This ignited a fierce passion within her to become a voice for the voiceless and to work tirelessly toward protecting human rights and holding duty-bearers accountable.

Sinethemba completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), where she developed a strong foundation in legal principles. During her Master’s studies at Wits, she chose to pursue a General Masters of Law, which allowed her to explore multiple fields of law, particularly those that intersect with the protection of basic human rights. This diverse approach reflects her belief in the interconnectedness of legal issues and her commitment to promoting justice across various areas.
