Open Society Justice Initiative publishes report on quality education
The Open Society Justice Initiative published a report titled Strategic Litigation Impacts: Equal Access to Quality Education. The report, written by Ann Skelton, draws comparative insights from practice in Brazil, India and South Africa.
Commissioned by the Justice Initiative and the Open Society Foundations’ Education Support Program, the report is the second in the Justice Initiative’s four-part series of qualitative studies exploring the impacts of strategic litigation in addressing critical human rights problems around the world.
